At Archana Creations, we strive to provide high-quality sarees, dresses, and nightwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should not have any stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
- Customized or altered products.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for another size, color, or available item, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Archana Creations.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
